RiverCrest jr Colts own 4 striaght shutouts having out scored their opponents 213-00 over the four game stretch. the Jr Colts 6-0 have outscored their opponents on the year 227-10.

The Jr. Colts are a very good football team. However, they were beaten last night by Newport at Rivercrest. The Jr. Pups are now 8-0 on the year. I'm not sure how long it has been since Rivercrest jr. high lost a conference game, but last nights game was a great one. Two very good teams. Newport overcame a ton of penalties ::), but managed to pull out the win.
Would also like to mention the 7th grade as they are also undefeated on the year after beating Rivercrest 30-6 yesterday. They will have a big test with Osceola's 7th grade next week to end the season.

Both teams played an incredible ball game. It was a treat to watch no matter who you were rooting for. For jr high football, it was an epic matchup. Pups did the deed in the end tho and that is how it goes. Either way, great play from kids on both sides. Both programs have alot to look forward to.
They looked good when Pocahontas scrimmaged them.
