Predicting Conferences for 2020-2022 Cycle

My first shot at organizing conferences for the 2020-2022 cycle.  There's a couple new schools in NWA that I'm not sure will have teams, but they are included nonetheless. Also not sure why Sparkman was included in the released numbers, but maybe they are bringing back athletics.

Sure hope this alignment doesn't happen.  Viola to wsgf example of too far.  Better off to have uneven numbers in conferences and lessen travel.  Many cases is not the miles but the hills and curves and other road conditions.
