The Fearless 40 on Fox16 begins July 22nd.  We'll have 40 high school previews in 40 days, leading up to the first games.  Here are the 2A teams on the schedule:

They air 5:30 & 9:00 Monday - Friday.  9:00 on Saturday.  10:00 on Sunday.

I had 4 minutes for the 9:00 pm sports.  The Carlisle preview was about 1 minute.  That's 25 percent of the sportscast. We've got a lot to cover in a short amount of time.

Gonna have to rely on a lot of sophomores this year, so I think there will be some growing pains.  But it should pay dividends in the future.  I think they sneak in playoffs as 5.  Maybe 4.

For a Bearden spotlight, I saw & heard more about JC in this clip than Bearden. But was a good interview with coach H & Bearden LT,L/S 6'7", 285# D-1 commit Samuel Williams.
