I know Smackover is supposed to have a pretty big year but playing the 4A state Champs to open the season,I think Smack may come out trying to prove a point for there whole classification which could cause the opening jitters to get so bad that before you know it,it's halftime. Middle of the season I feel like Warren looses but with it being 1st they win. But hey i may be wrong and it may be complete opposite

A lot of people said smackover kids would have the championship jitters.  Not once did anyone of them get nervous about the game. They played it like they had been there before. So. I don't think jitters is going to be an issue.

I remember that loss to CHG in 2010.
At the time, I thought bad loss.
But looking back. We were 1-2 heading in to conference play, with the other loss being to Lonoke in the season opener.
Losing to CHG turned out to be what I would call a loss at the right time.
The Hornets were no slouch though.
