Dardanelle Warren Dollarway. How do you tell who's better than each other in this point of the season?

AirWarren

You don't.

That's why we have the playoffs.

Well, Warren and Dollarway play each other in 2 weeks so that should answer one of your questions.

I agree, it's a tough crowd around here though these folks give dardanelle love lololol that dream dies rather quickly after playoffs start.

Nashville v. Warren in the big game, go ahead and send the shirts to the printers.

AirWarren

Nashville. Warren. War memorial. Sounds like a good time.

countrygirlhogfan

Would love for Warren to get the chance to play Nashville in Little Rock... hopefully we wouldn't get robbed like we did in 2006

~WPS~

Did Warren get robbed in 2007 when we beat you again? ;)

Who cares who's number one at this point? Nobody ever remembers who was number one after week 8. End of season is ALL that matters.

I dont know what they did  in 2007... I had a nephew playing that was a Sr. In 2006, and I have a nephew that is a Sr. and is playing this year... Nashville won on a bad call in 06.. cant have much glory in that.... I would just like to see a rematch where I have someone invested :-)

~WPS~

That trophy sitting in the trophy case sure is glorious! Lol. But yeah I would love to see this matchup again. It's been too long.

bulldoghistorian

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Warren has ever beaten Nashville. In 2003, they met in the first round of the playoffs. Warren finished 2nd that season, in what was known back then as the 8-3A. Nashville finished 3rd that season in the 7-3A. In that game, Nashville threw a 12 yard touchdown pass on the final play and upset Warren at Warren 32-29! In 2006, Warren got robbed. The following year, they met yet again. The night after thanksgiving in Bradley County. Warren ran the games opening kickoff back for a touchdown. After that, it was all Nashville.

Warren beat Nashville in 2001 I believe it was. A crazy high scoring game

~WPS~

1948: Warren 14 @ Nashville 6
1995 (1st Round): Warren 7 @ Nashville 17
2000: Nashville 14 @ Warren 27
2001: Warren 76 @ Nashville 42
2003 (1st Round): Nashville 32 @ Warren 29
2006 (Champ.): Nashville 21, Warren 20  2OT
2007 (Quarters): Nashville 49 @ Warren 39

Nashville leads 4-3 and has won the last 3.

~WPS~

Should've also met in the 2002 title game but Nashville got upset at home by Rivercrest in the semis.

Give Willie the ball!!!

bulldoghistorian

Yep. River Crest kicked a last second field goal and upset Nashville 37-36. That River Crest team was pretty stout. They upset Star City the week before 28-14 in the quarter finals. They also gave Warren a game of it in the title game before Warren finally pulled away late and won 38-28.

We can't talk about all this right now. All we need to be speaking of is how good dardanelle is..........

Warren was nice to Nashville in 2001 and only scored 76.  That was the best team Warren has had of all their great teams, 2001 was the best.

FootBallar21

Warren, Dollarway rematch in the Rock!
