Hey what happen to p.a. Game was it just a one year deal or what

That was my understanding that PA was a one-year contract.  Would have loved to been able to keep that game also. However when the Yellowjackets battle the hornets, It should be a good game anyway.

And for those wondering, Beebe dropped Vilonia in the week 3 game and picked up Wynne.  I think it'll be a great game.

So how did the first year in the flex instead of the spread go? I heard they still made playoffs .

Wynne did well; they made it to the playoffs, and won their first game.

While they did good, I felt they ran the Flexbone good, but not well. They were inconsistent in outside plays, and pulling o-linemen had trouble picking out targets. Also, the coaching staff seemed so focused on the run game, at times it seemed like they forgot that they could still run pass plays.

I think two factors will make Wynne a strong contender:

1) The coaches and players while have experience with the Flexbone. Better technique, and better decision making.

2) The Wynne Junior High ran the Flexbone REALLY GOOD!    The Sophomores will push the Juniors and Seniors to get better.....or get out of the way.

The 5A East will likely be another toss-up between Batesville, Blytheville, and Wynne.
