Eureka Springs at Magazine

Magazine won both senior games. Girls by about 20. Eureka started 5 sophomores. They are going to have a really nice program one of these years. Keep an eye on Magazine's Kiara Vasquez. She is a 5-8 freshman starting for the seniors. In her first senior game she had 13 points and 7 rebounds.

Boys game was close. Magazine by about 4. Ought to have been more comfortable if the Rattlers had not been so sloppy and made so many stupid fouls. Lots and lots of inexcusable turnovers. Maybe coach will run that out of them. Soon, I hope, because it was painful to watch at times. This team could be pretty good if they will just learn to play good, fundamental basketball instead of trying to be fancy. It would be a crying shame if they let that rob them of an outstanding season, because it is within their reach.
