EMT that was so nonchalantly walking to the kid deserves whatever he gets. Should be a sense of urgency for first responders. Its not okay to be that way. I bet when he drives the ambulance he puts the lights on, siren at high volume and drives like a bat out of heck. He wasn't in any shape to do perform an Ussain Bolt 100 time, but at least act like you care. Come on Man
