How was Hampton number 3 and how would CC be ahead of Mt Ida after they beat them at there place no way Gurdon is ranked below Salem hard to understand the formula they use for rankings

I'm fan of math but if you beat someone at their place you don't need math to tell you who is better. Math is black and white football has a little grey in it.

I think the gist of LaLaLand's formula is who should win in a series, even though very few times is an opponent faced more than once in a season. There are almost always one game wins that aren't expected and wouldn't be expected if they played again. But they aren't played on paper so the favorite would have to take care of business.

Or Calpreps could do like Hooties does, have your #1 all season go into WMS as an underdog.

It's more of what have you done for me lately.... Just because you lost to team B in week 2 doesn't mean they're better than you in Week 15
