ahsaa.org .... and yea i meant the 2008-2009 track season.. but can you imagine if FC would have been moved down when the changed things to 7A.. it would have been nuts!

All I ever heard about was Brad Holst?  I don't think the guy qualified in anything for MOC except the relay.

I have seen Holst and Gwatney is better than him. Don't get me wrong though, Holst can fly. He must have have a sub par day at state or something.

I think your times are a little fast there. I saw Cobb run the state record in the prelims (his fastest time ever. Injured himself the next year and was never the same), and Rose was a fast maaaaan... but I think those are a little off.
