What make and model? I've never had a problem with a car running on throwers grade, and I've got one that has one of those "premium" grade recommendations.

03 ford taurus...it doesnt like the wal mart gas either. Dad had a 90's model taurus that after it crossed the 150k mark it would spit and sputter on low grade gas but still ran great on middle grade. Paid 3.02 yesterday at the same station.

I knew someone would go there lol.....my dad drove one til it had 270k on it and drove it across the scales cause the wiring had gone crazy in it. Then he bought a used ranger it had 260k on it when the motor literally died lol.  Nothing wrong with most of them if you take care of them

Only if we go though another great depression. I would say none.

It's give/take balance - lower gasoline prices - lower global economy.  Other countries stop buying US Products.  Democrats are having a hard time with this Fracking led price drop (why you're not hearing about it in political ads).     Bills are being introduce to raise gasoline taxes.

It will be down till Jan at least , Global Oil Prices are down in the 75 buck a barrel range.

We're getting gouged in Russellville lol...It's 2.72 in Jasper, Arkansas for crying out loud, it used to always bw 20-30 cents higher than Russellville, now it's 18 cents cheaper....

They decided not to. That sent the crude price down to $66/barrel and wholesale gas to 1.90.

It may not get there but it may get dang close.
