Bleu he had a whale of a game. He had three pass break ups, one pick, 6 tackles on D and another three on special teams. Not a bad game and even more impressive when you consider he only played half the snaps.

He tweets too much (and I wouldn't have voted for Clinton if she were the only one running).

Bearden is there. But they are done. Not in the bracket play.

Nope.  Just checking Twitter and Facebook.  It appears our somewhere near 30 coach is a little more social media conscience than our somewhere near 60 coach was.

Yeah. I see that. I wish Mike was. I was a little more informative when Strickland was there.

PB, I am close enough to confirm it's been raining like all get out in El Dorado for awhile.

Fire one coach and they all stay quiet when you come around.

From Facebook:

"42 Sports

Thursday, August 17 at 4 p.m. 42 Sports Allen Russell will have a special interview with Junction City legend Shaq Hunter. Dragon fans will remember Hunter for many things but especially for being the person who threw and completed the "Hail Mary" touchdown pass to defeat Bearden in the state title game. Another 42 Sports exclusive. Don't miss it."

That page is a joke. Not a chance they ever get anything good.

THA TRUTH

They do a good job of focusing on the smaller schools...

"42 Sports loves sports played all over the natural state. But we particularly love small classification football. Join the discussion, and feel free to show your support for your school!"

I applaud the guy for the forum.  Looks like over 1,700 folks like what he doing.

Some people helped the creator build the page and then left when he tried to monetize it without any intent to split the profits. Since then they've only posted about Marked Tree and the surrounding towns. Follow Arkansas Small Town Sports for real coverage.

Thanks for the heads up on ASTS. Looks like their FB page is less than a month old.  I wish them well though.

I'm not sure where Marked Tree is, but for those JC fans who are interested, in addition to the 08/17 Shaq interview I understand 42 Sports has an interview planned with Coach Jones on 08/24.
