Camden gets back to winning big this week 42-14

Hoghead

Magnolia has improved. Camden Fairview 42-0 !!!!

Lionheart88

Fairview will win, but Magnolia is making big strides.  CF 24, Magnolia 7.

wildboy44

We need to make dang sure we block #65...he lives in other teams back field. We will get one of our best linemen back this week. Camden 42-21.

that1guy2110

will Franklin be back this week also? I know #4 is supposed to be out a few more weeks though right?

RamFan06

I think Fairview wins this one easy, but Sanders and Cooper are each able to break a long run for a score.

56-14 CF over Mag.

41-13 CF

I don't know...Do you guys think it will be that lopsided?...

Which lineman is CF getting back?...What is the status on Kimonte Wilson?...
He is a HOSS on offense and defense...

Little(no a lot) worried about the Cardinals defense...Gave up lots of yards and points the
last couple of weeks...

Camden Fairview 34... Those guys 32 miles to the SW 20...

CF

Defense will be fine.   Remember the fumble at the half yard line.  I don't care who's defense is out there that's hard to stop. So u can take one of touchdowns off the defense.   Also we are finally kicking the ball down field now on kickoffs.   That field position was also killing our defense.

cfradioguy

your right...The Cardinals have been missing those booming Bobby Easter and
DB Beaver Kick-offs...makes it much easier for an offense to only have to travel
55 yards instead of 80...

I think we had an "off" game Friday night at WH. Yes, some of that had to do with WH. They are a pretty good team. Some I blame the refs (both ways). O just wasn't clicking. D made just enough plays. Ready for the injury bug to go away. We need KW on the field. Panthers are an improved team. #1-0.

See above, fixed it for ya!
The defense stayed on the field too much.
Especially in the 2nd half.
Have anyone heard why we didn't have a MLB the whole night?
Raymond was out there but he wasn't playing in the middle.

that1guy2110

From what I have seen so far and my limited knowledge of the game compared to the ones who coach it. CF went to a 4 man front with a 2 backer set and a one backer in the middle set a lot. It appeared to me that they were a lot more worried about the passing ability of WH than their run game. I'm assuming the backer was supposed to be spying the QB. I thought the defense being called was good just didn't make the play imo

The defense wasn't even balanced on most of the plays. A lot of the time we had both outside linebackers on the same side. Maybe I'm making a bigger deal about it than what I should. But I've never seen us in the defensive alignment before. It just seemed like to me that we were outnumbered on one side all night and the White Hall QB took advantage of it.

Wasn't that only when WH had 3 and 4 receivers to that side of the ball? I thought the DC was trying to get more athletic outside backers on receivers instead of bumping an inside guy out. I could be wrong or not remembering the same plays your referring to

It was when the QB was running to a certain side we were outnumbered on that side. I know he scored two of his touchdowns like that and also picked up some key first downs. Anyways, it is what it is...On to the next one...Live and learn...

I believe 2008.

And we have outscored them 218-34 since. One of the best games ever between the two was 2006. Standing room only. Magnolia went for two and the win at home... and lost 28-27

Yep, one of the best atmosphere's I've ever seen at a high school football game.

browning_gold_12

I had a cousin whose son played for Magnolia. She text me at halftime and told me there were a few seats beside them if We wnated to come sit with them. Watched the halftime show with them. As soon as the 2nd half battle ensued, I was getting stink eyed by the folks around me and I told her I love ya'll, but I am headed back to stand in the endzone!!! Simpson was slinging it that night, but they went to the well one too many times on that WR screen.

In Thursday's Camden News Coach Cox is quoted as saying all 4 of the offensive starters that
missed the White Hall game will likely still be out against Magnolia...
Looks like Page may have to have another 200 yard night...
I'm looking for the defense to start playing better ...maybe tonight is the night...

still predicting Cards 34 Magnolia Panthers 20...

by the way...Go Hawgs...Beat "Bama...
