Overview

ORU Soccer Synergy Camps are paving the way to a soccer camp experience unlike any other college summer soccer camp in the U.S.  ORU Soccer Synergy Camps blend professional coaching, leadership, exposure to NCAA Division 1 soccer players, and a competitive team environment with an intentional focus on teaching junior high and high school student-athletes how to have an intimate and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Student-athletes are taught how to build their relationship with Jesus through prayer, study of God's Word and worship.  Community and fellowship set this camp apart from any other. The ORU Soccer Synergy Camp, located on the beautiful campus of Oral Roberts University, will be co-hosted by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Who

We are reaching out to Junior High and High School student-athletes who want to grow deeper in their faith while competing and getting coaching at the highest level.  The camp is open to any level of soccer player who desires to have a camp experience different from the norm.

Format

The camp will be a 4 day experience on the campus of Oral Roberts University.  Campers will stay in the dorms, eat on campus, and have access to all of ORU's facilities, including the ORU Soccer Stadium and practice fields.

Leadership

The camp will be run and directed by the Men's and Women's Coaching Staff of Oral Roberts University. Head coaches, Ryan and Roger Bush are camp Directors, along assistant coaches, Randy Williams and Brent Coates.  Campers will have the ORU Athletic Training staff on hand to oversee all medical needs.  Camp counselors will be current ORU Men's and Women's soccer players. A worship team will lead the campers in morning and evening worship, in addition to a guest speaker who will bring a powerful daily message.
