The Usual Suspects had a lot IIRC.  Also, it's not a movie, but Deadwood has more f-bombs per episode than anything else.  I think they average about 80 per hour episode.

Pulp Fiction WAS the first one that I thought of as well, followed closely by Scarface.

All Quentin Tarintino movies (Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vols 1 & 2) are rife with profanity.
