Not necessarily. Although another conference would have a tough time finding three teams to beat out the bottom three in the 3-2A for the bottom of the heap, the top 5 is another story. If teams 1-5 in the 2-3A played the corresponding teams in the 1-3A, the 2 would win at least 3 and quite possibly all 5.

By teams 1-5 I mean the teams as they are likely to finish not as they are shown in the "If the season ended today" playoff prediction: Mayflower, Barton, Bald Knob, HA, Cedar Ridge.
