Fearless Facts: Marsh is his fourth season as head coach at Episcopal and is 106-22 after leaving his alma mater in Alcoa, TN, where he coached for nine years. ... Episcopal is the defending state champion after last year beating Charleston, which Episcopal beat in the semifinals earlier this week. ... The veteran Stallings is in his 33rd season at Mayflower. ... Episcopal has been regarded as one of the top teams in Class 3A all season and defeated Mayflower twice in conference play and in the regional semifinals. ... Episcopal won its three state tournament games by an average of 24.7 points per game. ... Mayflower is making just its second appearance in the state championship game, losing to Menifee in 1972 in its other appearance.

Fearless Facts: Barton is looking for his sixth championship ring after serving as an assistant under current Greenwood coach Clay Reeves when Greenland won state titles in 1999, 2000, 2002 and guiding the Lady Pirates to the state title in 2012 and 2013. ... Jenkins is in her 15th season at Valley Springs, winning the state title in 2010, while also going to the championship game in 2011, 2009, 2004 and 2001.
