OFFICIAL BULLDOG REPORT: Homecoming night the Dogpound

After rolling over Marked Tree, 44-14 last Friday night,  the Bulldog Nation of Earle will celebrate Homecoming 2015 this Friday night as the Bobcats of Walnut Ridge comes to town. Earle senior RB Richard Merritt posted another 100+ yd rushing attack, tallying 131 yards on 18 carries. QB Gerry Bohannon,Jr. played a solid games throwing for two TDs before exiting early in the third quarter with a minor ankle injury, but he is scheduled to start tonight. This will be the final matchup between these two teams because Walnut Ridge is moving to 3A for the next cycle.

Game time is at 7pm.

Yes it was !! Great game, great atmosphere. What a tailgate party for homecoming. Game was as good as we thought it might be. 18 -14 Bulldogs with about 6 minutes left in 4th and Bulldogs score 2td's to seal the win as they stop Bobcats from scoring with 1st and goal as time expires. Proud of those Cats they played hard, never gave up and gave as good as they got. Dawgs just to much for the Cats.
