No, thanks to you Trackster. I always enjoy reading the research you put into Arkansas track. It's great to see someone have the passion you do for our sport. Thanks for the luck, I'll pass it on to Cody. Good luck to your guys at state as well.

Good luck to Cody.  Ya'll have a safe trip to Nashville Thursday.  I want Nashville to win, but underneath, I'm just hoping that everybody there has the best meet of their lives.  I'm really getting pumped for this meet!  Thursday can't get here fast enough!!!!!

I really think Moreno will step up even more when he gets heavy competition. I think he drops times significantly in all his races. I say he goes 4 28 in mile, 10 05 in 2 mile, and 2 00 in 800

jjjones

I noticed that the kids from Heber didn't run as well in the 800 and Mile. I'm wondering if they were just overload or something wrong?

On May 14, 1982, Scott Dunson of Nashville won the Mile(1600m) in 4:26.1 at the state AA meet in McCrory.  That is still the Nashville record (I think).  Moreno could break it Thursday!  He's got the tools and the desire.  Before that meet, Scott was only running 4:35-4:40 in the mile.  He was pumped and ready to run that night, I remember because I was there!  I think Moreno will be too!  Moreno also has a lot more competition to give him the motivation to run his best.  Boy, Thursday can't get here fast enough!!!!

Since I'm from DQ I guess the only positive I can take out of it is that we should be rested for the mile relay. Everybody runs one 400, so hopefully everybody runs a PR and they break 3 28
