Davidson Sets State Record in OT Win!

Laura Davidson of Greenwood sets the state scoring record for a girl's regular season game against Siloam Springs - 58 points!

Greenwood won 84-83 in OT. Davidson hit a 3 at the buzzer from half court to send the game into OT. I believe she scored 30 points in the 4th quarter and in the 4 minute OT. One of the best games I have ever seen in high school.

I know they record every game, but not sure anyone has copied it. Nothing to see that was spectacular, other than the half court shot to send it to OT. The other 55 points were just good fundamental shots.

That's pretty cool!!! What is her avg per game? Is she a pretty well rounded ball player? I haven't got to see her play.

Leads the conference in scoring, around 20/game. Very well rounded, as defense is her specialty.

No. Not until next year when my younger daughter is in the 10th grade.
