The rkanss river has been at a steady 26.8 to 27.2 on the gauge at pendleton ever since the lock and darn systems went in. The missisippi and white arent controlled so some years (this one in particular) its higher than normal. Some years lower. Has nothing to do with irrigation but rain and snowfall up north

Here they've been mandating flowmeters in new wells since at least 2005.

Yeah seen that today. It's still in the planning phases and the land they are wanting to buy needs to be rezoned for a gas station.....I don't think there is a need for it? Kinda like the small town feel of the Dover Supermarket(I do more shopping in the Dover Supermarket and Mac's Market in Hector than I do the big chain stores)....
