If Rivercrest wins today they will have the same record as Gosnell.  Tie breakers go as follows: Head to Head would be even, then it goes margin of victory in those games 5 run max (Gosnell won 7-1 so Rivercrest would have to win by 5 to move to the next tie breaker), next is margin of victory in Conference games max of 5 (Gosnell currently has 47 runs and Rivercrest has 38, so even if Rivercrest wins by 5 or more that brings their total to 43 and Gosnell is still Conference Champs).  With that said I hope Reams pitches well and Gosnell can leave no doubt.  Also I could be wrong but that is the way I read the AAA handbook.  To me if Rivercrest wins today they are co-champs with Gosnell being the 1 seed for the tournament.

Coach Ferrell seems to have moved on from The New School. Anyone knows where he is headed and who maybe aiming for the TNS Job?

Joe T. had a great win 5-4 in extra innings last night against the Rabs. Lonoke and Joe T. will likely end up both finishing 11-1 in conference play although Lonoke certainly has the tougher remaining conference opponent. I am not sure how the tie-breaker for the 1 seed is considered as they both would have a 11-1 record with only losses being to the other and both games by 1 run.


This was Lonoke's first loss to a 4A opponent in a long time, including this season. should be interesting!
