Really bad?........ I knew it!!!!!!

DogsWin7

Not sure where you got that information but it is wrong not to mention ridiculous.

If you are going to make a thread of this nature.....you need to provide some reasoning behind your statement other than trying to stir up the board.

RTF

I could post up some substance.. but I would rather "stir up the board"

What's the difference?     And I highly doubt anything you have would be of substance.  ;)

You said the same thing last season.
How did that prediction work out for you?

HorseFeathers

Come on painted fan ya'll have made the playoffs for almost thirty years in a row now. . . . And won your conference every year this century. Isn't it time to let someone else had a turn and ya'll be bad for one year?

-Painted Fan-

Actually, no we haven't.
Mansfield won conference in 2010, and Lavaca won conference in 2006.
But the other 12 times, Charleston was the #1 seed.

Bah Humbug....So...4 times out of the last 15 years(Going all the way back to '98) the Tigers weren't the 1 seed out of their conference.. What's that like? LOL

Seriously though, have ya'll got the longest all time streak on playoff appearances yet?

-Painted Fan-

Charleston's is at 26 straight (1988- present), but I think Newport is 1 ahead of us, at 27.

RTF

Back when I was in high school we didn't play Charleston. We were either in 3a and Charleston was in 2a or we were 4a and Charleston was 3a i can't remember. So I actually don't care about Charleston. I jut like pissing you guys off. Impressive streak though! Playoffs 26 times (if true). To bad that means you have lost more than you have won in the tourney lol.

HorseFeathers

Charleston has made the playoffs every year since either 87 or 88. . . . I know for a while they'd get to the semi finals and lose seemingly every year. . . Now it seems they win titles every other year . .

How many coaches has charleston had over that span?  I know of 3 just in the last ten years. . .

I think Adams, Storey, Woods, Loughridge, and Kendrick.

Wonder how many 18 and 19 year old seniors they will have in the team next season.I know Storey will be 19 when he graduates high school.

No he want he is going to graduate at mid term will be18.And if he stayed the whole year he would be 18 for at least 1 week.

MarionBlueDevil

Not sure who they have lined up for their non-conference schedule, but I wouldn't be shocked if they threw up another 15-0 year.

Glad Earle's moving down, although now they have to deal with Junction City instead of Charleston. A little bit of dang if you do, dang if you don't.

Difference is....They have Junction City to contend with now...but not a whole lot of the other teams in 2A could compete yearly in 3A like Earle has done...
