Spring Practice?

Just wondering what some other teams around were doing with spring practice.  Full pads?   Helmets only?  I know AA teams have a lot of different challenges getting all the kids together at once.

i do believe dierks does 1 day helmet and shorts then fullpads the rest with a scrimmage game at the end of the week...
