Hot Springs Finals Times

As most know, there is normally a meeting on Sunday after all the finalists are determined.  At that meeting in LR, who plays when is announced with games starting on Thursday and finishing on Saturday.

Due to the delays, it will be Tuesday before we know who plays in what time slot.

So be prepared, you could make the finals and have a very short turnaround if you draw one of the Thursday time slots.

Yep, 7A and 4A will draw/announce Tuesday, the rest on Wed.

If I had to take a gander at the times, here's what I think they'll be:

Friday

3A girls, 3:30 p.m.
3A boys, 5:15 p.m.
5A girls, 7:00 p.m.
5A boys, 8:45 p.m.

Saturday
2A girls, 11 a.m.
2A boys, 12:45 p.m.
1A girls, 2:15 p.m.
1A boys, 4 p.m.
6A girls, 5:45 p.m.
6A boys, 7:30 p.m.

Not usually, but they can now that it's had to be separated because of weather.

I'm not saying that's what will happen, that's just what I'd do if I were in charge. I'd put pretty good odds that both 6A games will be in prime time Saturday night though.

Obviously 1A and 6A will be back to back because both have a school whose boys and girls are both in. It will certainly be interesting to see! I hope 3A boys are anywhere besides the slot you have them

Saturday
2A girls, Spring Hill vs. Mountainburg, 11 a.m.
3A boys, Charleston vs. Episcopal Collegiate, 12:45 p.m.
6A girls, LR Parkview vs. Greenwood, 2:30 p.m.
6A boys, Jonesboro vs. LR Parkview, 4:15 p.m.
5A girls, Paragould vs. Huntsville, 6 p.m.
2A boys, Cedar Ridge vs. Clarendon, 7:45 p.m.

So I was way off on my predictions. Surprised they didn't have 6A on Saturday night.
