Thanks seven. Just a reminder to everyone. To be named All-State in Track and Field in Arkansas you have to finish top 2 at the state track meet or if you don't do that, finish top 2 at the meet of champs.

I am very jealous of this accomplishment and all district because, although our 4x8 qualified all 4 years I was in school, finishing 2nd 3 times at district, and finishing 3rd in the 4x8 at state my senior year, all state completely eluded me.
