Stability is huge in high school sports because it's becoming rare. I bet most the schools in the quarterfinals of state tourneys this year have coaches who have been at that school for 4+ years....

More coaching openings than I have ever seen. Schools have to pay more. Look at what Mississippi, Tennessee , and Texas pay.. Arkansas is way behind. I used to think school boards will kids in school was a good thing but with this generation it's the opposite. They don't have the schools best interest at heart but only their kids. Facts.
