5A West (West) question

How do you think the seeding will shake out on that side of the conference?  It's a mess on the East side - Maumelle split with Morrilton, got beat twice by Greenbrier, and beat Vilonia twice.  I figure we (Maumelle) will be the 3 on our side, but I think the other 3 teams have to play each other once or twice.

We will know more on Friday when Goblins travel to Airedales kennel.  Both are tied in the 5A side but Harrison leads by one on the 6A three games played side by both teams so far.  Clarksville can shoot some 3s.  I didn't get a chance to see Farmington yet though.

I agree that this Harrison-Alma game on Friday will be the indicator, but I think Harrison is the better team if you look at results.

I think, gun to head right now, the West (West) standings will be:

2. Alma
3. Clarksville
4. Farmington

Harrison @ Alma was a very, very close game.  42-42 at the end of regulation.  GOBS 48-45 in OT.  'Dales 3 pointer at the final buzzer just barely misses.  I thought it would be a close game but I didn't think it would be that close.  A good game by both teams.

Boys 3 and 4 is set, 1 and 2 yet to be determined:
1 and 2 Morrilton (4-1) or greenbrier (3-1)
3 maumelle (3-3)
4 vilonia (0-5)

Morrilton already beat greenbrier once by 9 points so for greenbrier to get the 1 seed they must either beat Morrilton by 10 points at Morrilton or beat Morrilton by less than 9 then beat vilonia at vilonia.

Tonight should be a great game between the 'dales and Gobs at Harrison.  Seeding for 1 and 2 could be decided in the 5A-1.

Alma was one of the most difficult teams to play against this year for Harrison.  You didn't know who would've won the game until the final buzzer.
