Thought Berryville controlled the game but wasn't able to finish. Subi's first 2 goals were from a couple of mistakes by the GK. But that's what good teams do they take advantage of the other teams mistakes. 3rd goal was a solid legit goal off the corner. Subi's defense was better then Berryville's as was the GK play. Subi was better on set pieces as well. Figured it was prolly 70% possession for Berryville. Shots on goal were prolly 10-15 for Berryville and maybe 5-10 for Subi. But, Subi finished their chances and Berryville didn't.  Subi played very defensive in the 2nd half looking to hold that lead which they did.

In all I believe Berryville has more individual skill then Subi however, Subi was the more organized and disciplined TEAM and that's what wins in the state tournament. Congrats to Subi on the win. That's a good one going into the state tourney.

I appreciate that. I thought we needed to make that change to a defensive formation so we did that; moving from a 4-4-2 to a 4-5-1. I agree that Berryville possessed more but just couldn't find the net. Our keeper also played a great game. But all in all it was a fun match and a great way for us to enter the state tourney.

how were the set pieces from both teams?
