Looks like Lsu was quick to fire Les after a 5 point loss to Auburn. I know this isn't high school. But where do yall think Les will Land? Who will end up at Lsu?

~WPS~

Herman, Petrino, or Kiffin to LSU

Miles to USC

Ole Legend

I heard Petrino is the number one option. That's who they really want.

He has a 10 million buyout clause. That would be a steep price to pay to go to LSU.

He's a honest, high character guy with great morals. I'd believe him

STUNNA

I wouldn't leave Louisville until Jackson is gone..lol

I believe the buy out is considerably lower than it was last year

No, it stays at 10 million through the first 4 years then decreases down to 5 mill at the end of his current contract.

~WPS~

I hear Houston Nutt is available.

Les Miles was our Houston Nutt at LSU!  :) we did not want him to go anywhere!

Might as well get John Gruden's name in again too :D

Gus Malzahn, Will Muschamp will be next to get fired. Isnt Kentucky on the hot seat as well?

I believe so.

MasterChef

Herman from Houston would have to be a top 3 choice. He'd be my number one. I think it would be easier to get him than a coach from a big name school and I think his work at Houston proves he could win at LSU.

Seen where reports say Art Briles to Lsu end of year

Treason756

I've read where Auburn may try to get Brakes but hey none of us will really know until the end of the year

Wahls

...why is this on the 4a board?

I see what you did there. Touche. ;D

bigchief72455

We all know Les Miles will be the new Head coach at Arkansas State. That is where all great coaches go for a season to wait for a better bid and lie to fans about being in it for the long haul.

bulldoghistorian

I wonder how LSU will do the rest of this season?

The pressure of being a power 5 college football coach is about the same as being a stock broker on wall street. There's very little room for error and past success means nothing if your currently losing. Its crazy that one single game saved Les Miles' job last year and one play on Saturday might have been the difference between him remaining the LSU coach this week.

I know a tall over weight coach LSU can have!

But the Scrappers are probably safe another year, even though he could probably score more than 20 a game like they have been.

Amen to that. Invest half of it. Live off a quarter of it. Work as an analyst and make 6 figures.

I wouldn't touch a head coaching job ever again if I was Lester miles.
