After hours of research and time I have created the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls. To the best of my ability. Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman were already on the game on the 90's East All-Decade team.

Before you ask about the California Legends, let me explain.

I decided to create two different teams and put legends on the rosters from the All-Decade teams and import the teams into my dyansty.

I have the California Legends consisting mostly of all the Laker legends. And I have the New England Heroes consisting mostly of all the Celtic legends.
