Pocahontas and Cave City boys should be a good game tonight. Especially since we just beat them at their place on Monday and the game was getting a little chippy there towards the end after one of our guards that's about 5' 9" dunked on their post player that picked up his 5th foul trying to block the dunk. Then he got a technical because he shoved one of our other guards. Should be a tough, physical game tonight.

I'm gonna say Pokey by 10-15 tonight. I've seen Cave City play as well, and I don't think pokey will have any problems. Especially with it being on a neutral floor. Pokey will win this tournament. No doubt in my mind.

Pocahontas is Really Good - very athletic. They wont lose many. Austin Reaves really took over that game w/ 38 pts. IMO if he's on the floor they're only an underdog to about 4 teams in the state.

IDK bout the play in conference, but last night there was what seemed like a lot of frustration fouls. Also, couldn't keep 12 from getting to the rim - lot of ankles on ice this morning.

Referees in the Jonesboro area (including the 4A-3) pretty well let the contact go from what I've seen. I can't remember the last over the back call I've seen this year. Pokey does play physical but can get away with it over here.

Someone said the game early this week between Cave City and Pocahontas ended bad with technicals and a player pushing another one and if they let that go then I can see how that would happen. You can't just let players be thst rough, it's basketball not football. Refs did a good job last night I thought keeping it under control.  By the way it have no dog in the fight just an opinion.
