Could someone please explain to me why Wynne with 53 tie breakers and Valley View with 47 are seeded two and three while Nettleton with 56 is number 4.

Look at Nettletons record against Blytheville, Wynne, and Valley View compared to Blytheville, Wynne and VV's record against those other three teams. Tie breaker points don't come into play unless each teams record against the other teams is the same.

Yes I can in a 4 way tie they go by the head to head record of teams so expamle would be

Blytheville lost to Nettleton but beat wynne and Valley view to make them 2-1
Wynne lost to Blytheville but beat valley view and Nettleton for a 2-1
Now Nettleton beat Blytheville but lost to wynne and valley view for a 1-2 record
Valley view lost to Blytheville and wynne but beat Nettleton for a 1-2 record

Now they use these record to match up the head to head better record is going to get u high seeding so your 2-1 go head to head and your 1-2 school go head to head

  Now Blytheville beat wynne

1 seed Blytheville
2 seed wynne

Do to valley view beating Nettleton

3 seed Valley View
4 seed Nettleton

Batesville should have been the #1 seed because they are Batesville!
