The ranking of Arkansas schools is as follows:

1. Arkansas Tech
2. Central Arkansas
3. Arkansas-Fayetteville
4. Hendrix
5. Southern Arkansas
6. Ouachita Baptist
7. Henderson State
8. Harding
9. Arkansas State
10. Arkansas-Pine Bluff
11. Arkansas-Monticello

I might be going out on a limb here.... But I am going to take a wild guess and say they are taking into account more than the last 3 seasons when making these rankings. So when taking into account decades of a body of work I stand by what I said.

If this is based on winning percentage, I'm not sure why they listed LSU over Grambling in LA.

5 winning seasons in the last 10 years. Not consistently good.

And I did say "lately".
