Next crop of 800 runner

I think this was one of the deepest years that can remember for 800 runners and most were seniors, what does the next year look like as far as underclassmen. Also, got to see the 4x800 at Meet of Champs and that was great race by two dark horses.

Good topic. The 800 is by far my favorite race.

Here are a few good ones that are returning next year and their PRs

Noah Findlay - LR Catholic - 1:56.13
Joey Shirley - Russellville - 2:00.40
Austin Schmidt - Heber Springs - 2:00.72
Carter Shelton - Valley View - 2:01.89

Those are just some of them, but there are a lot more who could run around 2:00 or under.

Wow! Sorry Corbin! I was just looking at the MOC results and looking at those kids.

Yes and Corbin Greening of Siloam Springs, who will probably be one of the best 6A 800 runners next year along with the Grant Williams kid of Lake Hamilton

Yes. Oh and Jacob Shihoria from Bentonville ran a 2:02 at the regional jr. high meet as a freshmen.
