No way that Magnolia belongs here. Many will be surprised. They will be much improved.

I do not know about Nettleton being on the list.  They have improved there team the last few years.

DeQueen is too low...prolly won't win a game. And look for McClelland to be better.

LR McClellan and LR Fair definitely belong.  Magnolia, the Hot Springs schools, and Clarksville I think will all be better than you've got them, but two or three of those four are probably still bottom ten material.
