Clarksville's loss to Shiloh wrapped up a spot in the playoffs for the Lady Goblins. 
(That doesn't sound right - a female Goblin should be called something else - along the idea of warlock / witch...)

The 5a west teams are pretty much set as far as who's in just a matter of which seed they'll be. Unless Morrilton wins out and someone else loses out.

The same can be said for the 5A East (Girls) unless Paragould decides to play spoiler during the last half of conference play.

With the 5A East (girls) results tonight, all four of the State Tournament births have been locked up by Batesville, Greene County Tech, Vilonia, and Nettleton. All that will need to be settled will be the seeds.

Off topic for a second...

Just looking at the 5A teams right now and thinking about next cycle in the 5A West conference teams.
Boys:
Greenbrier, LR Christian already clinched playoffs in their current conferences.
Vilonia, Harrison and Clarksville still fighting for a playoff spot in their current conferences, but all should get in.
I tried to check on Maumelle from the 4A and from what I could gather, it looks very good for them to get a playoff spot in their conference. 

Though Huntsville won't be in the next 5A cycle, they have surprised a lot of people this year and should do good in the 4A next year.

Girls:
Harrison, LR Christian and Vilonia already clinched playoffs in their current conferences.

Though Shiloh Christian won't be in the next 5A cycle, they should do good in the 4A next year.

All of the above gets me thinking, "Wow, current teams in the 5A West might think it is hard now, to get a playoff spot, next cycle in the West should be a dozy."
