Was this a JV tournament? I'm sure VV and Maumelle JVB could hang with most of the varsity squads of this group, but just curious.

From what I understand this was a JV tournament and had some quality play from younger athletes.  Saturday was an extremely long day for the players (7:30am - 12:15am).  Unfortunately I was not there to watch due to siblings soccer games. 

And Chaoslord, great post.  Yes posting it in the first place was not thought thru, but the followup showed plenty of thought and courage to admit.

I had heard that some of the teams didn't have true JV teams/schedules. That most just didn't play their starters and there were upperclassman that did play.  Heard there were a lot of really good matchups though. Goes to show some of these teams have a deep bench...
