Smackover should run was with this one. Left Fort Worth as soon as I got off work and walked into Gurdon's stadium 1 minute into the 2nd.

Basically, Gutdon got whipped. They couldn't run the ball. #8, who the PA guy kept calling Peyton Manning, completed like 3-4 passes the entire game, oline couldn't block anyone, and defense was terrible on pass coverage.

They have one huge linemen, but he's so slow and can't really block. Number 3 was pretty fast but could never get into the open.

They stand about as much chance against the Bucks as Nicholls did against the Hogs. Just saying.

Gurdon has tough opening stretch with Prescott at home, then head to smackover, then back from for Glen Rose. Should be more than prepared when they get to
Conference play. Can't see much competition outside of Dierks in that conf. Could Murfreesboro surprise some teams or is Strong that down this year?

Now that"s a low blow, I don"t see where old Buck said anything like that last night, But that"s ok,.............I"m not anticipating any excuses next friday, and made none last night, .................stated a couple facts maybe, but not excuses. ............we were down by 7 points with 1 min. and change left in the game, to a high quality team that has not lost a game in  3 years , back to back state champions with everyone  back,...playing at there house...........why make excuses,? the last team that played  them lost 60-0  in the championship game..........Bucks have no reason to hang there head, that game will only make them better.

While some of his pregame comments in the JC threads were, shall we say, off-the-wall, his post game comments (IMHO) have tended to be we within the reasonable range. 

Now PB (who I'm guessing is somewhere around half bucky's age) on the other hand was a different story when it came to post game comments.

i'd say less than 40 is bad. prescott blew them out and the bucks are way better than anyone in south arkansas in 3a anyway. i would say anything less than a shutout and 40+ point win would call for a meeting at the barber shop.
