4a state baseball champions- Star City Bulldogs

How about that crowd last night at graduation, SJ? Geez. Great group of kids there. Got home about 7, got to the stadium, watched graduation, stopped for a bite at simple Simons then got home at midnight. Great to be home! Plus that nephew of mine has a full ride in college. Proud uncle!

Yes AW I was a proud dad,if we could pack the house like that on Friday not every night but some nights Wow! That would be awesome. 2015 was a great group of kids, they are like brothers everyone of them close to each other. Darn proud of them AW darn proud.

Enjoy that title. I remember when we won ours in 2005. It was a solid team.

Well to add to the dominance (or maybe take away depending on how you look at it) 8-4A also had a state championship in Track. I know that it was forteited but it still adds to the narrative that for 2015....8-4A was pretty good!

No a kid ran in too many events for the day. Coach said he was unaware that prelims count toward the max number.

Lights Out

Coach said he was told by official that prelims didn't count towards total. How was that not caught at track meet and not a week later?
