CALL. An email and a resume rarely gets an interview if they don't know who you are.

I would definitely call as well.  Unless you know someone there already, just sending in a resume/application isn't enough most of the time.

Call and follow up with another call sometime later.  Always send your resume before or right after you call.  When you do send it, you might need to fax and email.  Some coaches are still not great with technology.  Plus a fax puts it in their hand.
