Yes it does!  This makes Monticello's 5th scheduled game day cancellation plus the Eldorado Tournament.  Monticello has yet to play a single game.

I really feel your pain Billygoat. These tournaments are killers in this weather, we can get one field ready, but not a bunch. I wonder if they can play the Benton Tournament this weekend. I'm not sure what's going to happen for the rest of the week. Hopefully we can get in a game. Doesn't look to good though. I think we need to start playing when and where we can, not what's on the schedule, it's going to rain on those days.

Booneville will FINALLY start their season, after a cancellation and three postponements, at Greenwood tomorrow.

I feel your pain. Booneville played all but two games on the road last season. We started with something like a 21-game roadtrip.

Watched Cabot beat Benton last night 6-2.  Benton pitching is young, but when they get some innings under their belts look out.  they just could not sting many hits together last night.

Lots of hits for both sides, but errors hurt Lady Cats.  Greenwood threw tying run out at the plate in top of 6th after Booneville rallied from 7-2 down. Booneville turned a wild triple play in the bottom of the 6th to keep them in the game.

Clarksville tourney still a go, though apparently schedule has been heavily altered due to rain.  Booneville had their game time changed three times.  From 4:30 yesterday to 8 today, then 10:30, now 12:30.

It was shortened to one day and played as a jamboree, no championships given out.

Midland and Tuckerman both have all state caliber pitching. They are both very very good teams. Salem is always good and we'll coached. Not sure how their pitcher is this year but they Always have one that is pretty good.Pangburn has decent pitching but young, freshman and sophomore. Walnut ridge has a freshman that is real good. This is the toughest this conference has been as long as I can remember.
