Most of you won't immediately recognize the name Michael Mantenuto.  He was an actor and a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He played Jack O'Callahan in the movie Miracle which chronicled the greatest team of all time - the 1980 U.S. Men's National Hockey Team.  Very sad.

Martin Landau, 89

Best known for his work in the original "Mission:Impossible" TV series, and his Oscar-winning role as Bela Lugosi in "Ed Wood".

What you might not know is that he was the first choice to play Mr. Spock in "Star Trek".

This one hurts me more than few others.

Loved me some Glen Campbell.

#arkansas

I talked to a coworker who saw him perform when his disease first started effecting him.  The coworker said Campbell would sometimes forget the songs' words, but played his guitar like he always had.  And he was an amazingly gifted guitarist.

It's sad when one's body out lives one's brain.  Alzheimer's is a terrible disease.

Most gracious Heavenly Father, please provide comfort and strength to those left among us who mourn the earthly loss of those now with you. Amen.
