Maybe call it "Burning Bridges".  I could put a stickied thread on the top of the page that listed each resignation and their board of choice.  Kind of like the Job Opening threads we have.

It would allow other people to see them all concisely gathered in one spot in case they don't have time to surf all the boards.  It would also set the standard for anyone wanting to exit in a very public way.  You could refer to how others did it as a guide and do it your own way.
