....will be getting turf for the 2014 season.  Construction will begin after graduation.

I mentioned on here a few years ago this was a good possibility.  It was a strong possibility by the end of the 2013 season and now looks to be reality.

AirWarren

Awesome. Congrats.

You write the check for it?

Super jack

Man I sure hope Warren get there act together and do something real soon at least by the time my youngest son who is in the 7th grade and hopes to be the starting QB next year for the Jr Jacks. It would be great if the did.

No offense, but we need new visitor bleachers and a better (new)basketball gym than turf.

A basketball school with two football titles, which is as many or more than anyone in the SEARK has won in the past 20 years.   ;)

none taken and you are correct about that the visitors bleachers they are terrible and that Gym is so old and to be honest the reason why a lot of fans don't come to the basketball games is because of the gym, at least that's what a lot of them tell me. Those wooden bleachers are terrible and with no room everybody on top of everybody you can't even breath especially when we play Monticello, it be jammed packed.

If I was a player I wouldn't want turf. I know it looks pretty and all, but playing on it sucks.

Never just saying. Monticello has finally found their way of getting an edge on Warren. They know we get the injury bug when playing against the turf monster.

They should reserve some of the money to repaint the name of that stadium to AirWarren Field at Jim Hurley Jr Stadium East.

Funny thing is, The only Monticello vs Warren game I have ever missed was 2009.  My first year in my profession.

Turf is very nice looking and maintenance free but I hate it. Takes away that "traditional feel" of the game.

What would anyone at SC know about football tradition?

Off to west Memphis.

How far does this set Stuttgart back? Are the Stuttgart faithful expecting a big time hire?

Who cares, honestly.

You must care since you comment in every Stuttgart thread...

As I said before we'll be just fine, we've had several coaches (5) win titles. We're not a one coach school like Warren. :)

AirWarren

Much like you follow me around on every thread.

Go away, west Memphis.

Well since you post on every thread I could see where you would think that. Just don't take 3 months off this year the first time you lose. Ok Booneville?

AirWarren

Hey I can stay away from all Stuttgart threads happily. Just wish you could do the same with Warren threads. Correct, Marianna?

But if we stayed away it would just be you, LJ, Stunna and the Jackhead family patting each other on the back about how good you are...at least until the playoffs roll around.

I'll make you a deal, I won't post in any thread that's about Warren if you won't post in any Stuttgart threads until the season starts, deal?

And btw, you can say Marianna or West Memphis or whatever you think is funny, but it doesn't bother me at all. I'm not as sensitive as you are Booneville. :)
