Weightlifting In-Season

What have you tried (and had success) for in-season lifting?  2 times a week?  3 times a week?  What lifts do you emphasize?

However you lift, you need to make sure you get plenty of rest in between sessions.  You have your biggest gains while you are resting.

im not a coach but at my school we lift 3 times a week before practice starts and we do bench, incline bench, power clean, and squat i think it works out pretty good and we dont get totally out of shape
