Where would you put Bradley Long as far as instate college?

 He ranked the #1 wide receiver in Arkansas this year, a Landers Award Nominee, yada//yada..yada but he has not got the recruitment others have, he also averaged 24 pts. per game in B-Ball at Point guard, so I would like to hear where you think he would be the most beneficial in our in state colleges..........He has said he intends to walk on at UCA and they are in agreement as a preferred walkon, but he is gaining in attention as a b-baller aswell... your suggestions would be appreciatiated.
