It will be a tough and competitive regional. In my opinion it is the deepest regional where there could be upsets. The central regional will be cac/Ha easily. South will be the 7 dominating the 8 once again. HGOC may be only team form 7 to advance but drew central Smackover and Dewitt have all shown flashes this year. Booneville and Elkins are favorites of course in region one(1 and 4). Charleston looked good so far in district. They just lack depth.

Farmington's achilles heel will always be small town thinking. They've been 5A for the better part of a decade and run things like they are playing Berryville and Green Forest on the weekly basis. They think people should want to live there because it's NWA but they fail to realize quality coaches aren't going there because the money doesn't even come close to matching up.

If you're referencing Deon Clay, he wasn't a move-in from Fayetteville. He had grown up in Farmington his entire life, transferred to Fayetteville during his junior year, played sparingly for them and then transferred back to Farmington for his senior year.

They put him at QB late in the season and that's what spurred them to that playoff run. He had played QB for them in junior high when they won conference.
