Does anyone know where all of the teams stand as of right now in conference play?

I'm not Derek, but I can answer it.
You present what is called the perfect triangle, so you go to the margin of victories in conference games, with the maximum points a team gets per game is 13.
The team with the lowest point total is eliminated, then the team with the head-to-head advantage of the two remaining teams gets the higher seed.
For example, let's say Gravette finishes with 47, Shiloh 45 and Prairie Grove 44. Prairie Grove gets eliminated, then Gravette gets the higher seed because it defeated Shiloh. Shiloh then gets the next higher seed because it defeated Prairie Grove.
