Valley Springs is 10-1. Max Preps shows a loss that was just a benefit game before the season started.
It even says "benefit game" underneath it. My bad, it should be 10-1.

Paris did a heck of a job in their tournament. Runner up to one of the NEA 5A teams is decent, but Paris had three match points against GCT and didn't finish. They might get a test from Booneville tomorrow night. Lavaca also played very well splitting with Ftn Lake.
An unranked team that no one better sleep on is Charleston. They are quite capable of surprising all but the very elite teams. And if Hackett moves up their 9th graders and is able to get to state, the same could be said of them. That freshman class is very, very good.
Had a friend tell me cra beat hoxie in 4 sets tonight.

And all of a sudden Hoxie's in a bit of a tailspin.
No such for Paris. Except for that second game which was tremendously played on both sides, Paris dominated.

It's great keeping those quotes in your back pocket, isn't it... That's why I never try and give my early opinions. They come back to bite you.

6. Mayflower
7. ST. Joesph

Lee did not make state ( lost to underdog in district)
You should post your early predictions. It makes the board interesting! We all love poking fun!
Totally agree on the early predictions. It's fun to see who (potentially) has what it takes to go the distance. And I'm always glad to see chatter on the volleyball boards! Vb is quickly growing in popularity in AR. I'd be curious to see what the attendance was at the state finals. Gym sure seemed fuller this year than years past.
I really do agree on the early predictions. I have made some that were totally wrong. Came back to bite me- but all in fun!!
